IL&FSCDI Limted has been mandated by Ministry of Rural Development to set up 30 Pilot Training Centres to train and place 30,000 BPL youths of age 18 to 35 as sewing machine operators in the Apparel sector. ILFSCDI in the first phase have setup 15 Training centres and have trained 2 persons from each of the 15 centres at "Training of Trainers"(TOT) who in turn will train the trainees as sewing machine operators. The process of the TOT and subsequent selection of benificiaries from BPL families are documentated through photographs.s
